Please take notice that the Juniata Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a special meeting, Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Juniata Township Hall to consider the following matter:
*Public Hearing – A request by Vern Squanda to allow a dimensional variance to build a structure closer to the property line than what is allowed under the current zoning ordinance per section 408 of the Juniata Township Zoning Ordinance. Said land and premise is located at 1448 S. Kirk Rd., Vassar, MI 48768 (Parcel 014-006-000-1025-00, zoned RR-1, Rural Residential.)
Juniata Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services for the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advance notice to the Township.
