Almer Charter Twp. Regular Board Meeting held at Township Hall on May 10, 2022.
Call to order at 7:00p.m.
Board members present – Mantey, Reavey, Graff, Wilcox.
Absent – Witkovsky, Uhl. Motion made and seconded to approve minutes. Motion carried. Assessing proposal was presented to the Board. Motion made and seconded to approve S&D Assessing LLC contract proposal for one year. Motion carried. Motion made and seconded to approve payment for invoices. Motion carried. Motion made and seconded to pay Tuscola County Road Commission $68,920.90 for half of the total road work due on Remington Road. Motion carried. Motion made and seconded to approve two PA 116 applications. Moption carried. Motion made and seconded to approve the Facilities Use Agreement 2022 for the Caro Soccer Club. Motion carried. Motion o adjourn at 8:32 p.m. Motion carried.
