Lon Alan Coleman, 46, of Davison, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct and indecent exposure. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 30.
Johnathan Matthew Ward, 24, of Millington, is charged with operating with a high blood-alcohol content and operating while license suspended/revoked/denied. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 30.
Bryan Dennis Gilkerson, 50, of Caro, is charged with three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and domestic violence. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 30.
Heather Marie Hendricks, 33, of Akron, is charged with domestic violence and felonious assault with a dangerous weapon. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 30.
Justin Alexander Brinkman, 38, of Caro, is charged with domestic violence, larceny of $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, three counts of malicious destruction of personal property of $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, carrying concealed weapons, four counts of possessing a firearm while committing a felony, malicious destruction of personal property of $200 or more but less than $1,000, operating while license suspended/revoked/denied, operating with a high blood-alcohol content, malicious destruction of personal property less than $200, possession of a firearm while under the influence, being a drunk and disorderly person and having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. A preliminary exam is set for 8:30 a.m. on July 30.
CIRCUIT COURT
John Arthur Hamilton, 29, Caro, pleaded no contest to third-degree fleeing a police officer and guilty to operating while intoxicated. A sentencing date will be set.
Daniel James Gebhardt, 32, of Minneapolis, Minn., pleaded no contest to uttering and publishing and identity theft. A sentencing date will be set.
Andrew James Klotzhuber, 24, of Otisville, pleaded no contest to second-degree home invasion, breaking and entering a building with intent and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. A sentencing date will be set.
Donnell Lamont Wright Jr., 21, of Saginaw, was sentenced to one year in jail – delayed – with credit for 94 days served for delivery/manufacture of less than 50 grams of heroin, cocaine or another narcotic. He was ordered to pay $1,258 in costs and assessments.
Nathaniel Joel Jock, 33, of Birch Run, was sentenced to 365 days of jail for assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and assaulting or obstructing a public officer. Upon release, he is to be placed on two years of probation and was ordered to pay $958 in costs and assessments.
Chad Ray Anderson, 37, of Flint, pleaded no contest to operating while intoxicated and malicious destruction of personal property of more than $1,000 and less than $20,000. A sentencing date will be set.
RC Logan Smith, 43, of Cass City, pleaded no contest to breaking and entering a building with intent, possession of burglar tools and larceny of more than $1,000 but less than $20,000. A sentencing date will be set.
Gary Myron Keys, 50, of Saginaw, pleaded no contest to operating while intoxicated – third offense. A sentencing date will be set.
Brian Lee Whisnant, 53, of Gagetown, pleaded no contest to carrying a concealed weapon. A sentencing date will be set.
Tony Joe Emmons, 29, of Caro, was sentenced to two to 15 years in prison for tampering with an electronic tampering device. He was ordered to pay $198 in costs and assessments.
Duane Neil Metro, 37, of Millington, pleaded no contest to second-degree home invasion, operating while intoxicated and domestic violence. A sentencing date will be set.
Douglas Wayne Dubois, 35, of Mayville, pleaded no contest to assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. A sentencing date will be set.
Kevin Wayne Urban, 48, of Caro, was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served for committing a fraudulent act against an insurance company. He was ordered to pay $558 in costs and assessments.
Lisa Gail LaBair, 40, of Cass City, pleaded guilty to receiving and concealing over $1,000 of stolen property. A sentencing date will be set.
Keith Robert Johnson, 48, of Caro, was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two served for possession of marihuana/synthetic equivalents (second offense). He was ordered to pay $558 on costs and assessments.
Chadwick Peter Romair, 44, homeless, was sentenced to 365 days in jail – delayed – with credit for 328 days served for two counts of receiving and concealing a firearm, larceny from a motor vehicle and having a firearm while committing a felony. He was ordered to pay $1,152 in costs and assessments.
Scot Michael Jacobs, 44, of Bay City, was sentenced to 13 months to 15 years in prison for two counts of second-degree home invasion and two counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree home invasion. He was ordered to pay $2,540 in costs and assessments.
Bobbi Jo Jacobs, 39, of Bay City, was sentenced to two to 15 years in prison for two counts of second-degree home invasion, two counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree home invasion, larceny of more than $1,000 but less than $20,000, larceny in a building and possession of a controlled substance. She was ordered to pay $9,466.
Matthew James Hemmen, 33, of Vassar, was sentenced to 25 to 60 years in prison with credit for 251 days served for three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. He was ordered to pay $334 in costs and assessments.
