Richard Scott Brown, 48, Vassar, is charged with operating while intoxicated, causing serious injury; oper-ating while intoxicated, third offense. Pretrial was Sept. 8and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 14.
Steven William Stratton, 31, Mayville,is charged with controlled substance -possession analogues, second offense. Pretrial was Sept. 8 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 14.
Frank Arthur Crowell,42, Gagetown, is charged with controlled substance -possession (narcotic/cocaine) less than 25 grams; controlled sub-stance - possession of marijuana. Pretrial was Sept. 8 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 14.
Misty Leeanne Crowell, 34, Gagetown, is charged with controlled substance -possession (narcotic/cocaine) less than 25 grams; controlled sub-stance - possession of marijuana. Pretrial was Sept. 8and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 14.
Paul Anthony Langlois, 49, Gagetown, is charged with police officer - fleeing, 4th degree; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial is set for Sept. 14 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 21.
Richard Brian Mickalich, 46, Millington, is charged with police officer-assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Preliminary exam is set for Sept. 14.
Joseph Ray Hrymecki, 26, Prescott, is charged with absconding/forfeiting bond. Pretrial was Sept. 8 and pre-liminary exam is set for Sept. 14.
Charles Lawrence Johnson, 21, Akron, is charged with motor vehicle -unlawfully driving away; operating with a suspended license; failure to report anaccident; driving reckless. Pretrial was Sept. 8 and pre-liminary exam is set for Sept. 14.
David Leonard Smith, 46, Caro, is charged with police officer -assaulting/resisting/obstruct-ing. Pretrial was Sept. 8 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 14.
Timothy James Barden, 49, Kingston, is charged with home invasion, third degree; weapons - dangerous weapon - carrying with unlawful intent; weapons -felony firearms; two counts of indecent exposure; weapons - firearms, brandishing in public. Pretrial isset for Sept. 21 and preliminary exam is set for Sept. 28.
