Are you wondering why you can’t get an H1N1 flu shot and even the seasonal flu shots are in short supply? Remember in the Clinton years when Hilary put herself in charge of the nation’s health care? She decided that the drug companies were making too much money on flu vaccine so she got the congress to pass her Vaccines for Children program in 1993. The government forced the 25 drug companies who made vaccines to discount them 50%. The drug companies stopped making vaccine because it wasn’t cost-effective. Now only six companies make vaccines; hence the shortage. This is the same government who wants to take over the entire health care sector in America.
Shortage is one of the words you will hear a lot of during the Obama presidency. It is one of the changes you voted for when you voted for Obama. Expect shortages of doctors, medicine, gas, electricity and food.
Another change you voted for when you voted for Obama is higher taxes. They may call them fees or other creative words, but everything in your life will cost you more in the coming years.
Obama ran as a Democrat, but even Democrats are beginning to see he is far left of their party. He is a radical who has been mentored by Communists, Marxists and others who hate America. He now surrounds himself with these same kind of people. You cannot change the mind of a radical; your only chance is to defeat them at the polls. That is where each American voter counts.
The one thing this government has not counted on is that “the folks” are not going to sit quietly by, while they run roughshod over us. If you have had enough of this bunch in Washington, here is what you can do: Pray that God will continue to bless America and allow the people to take the country back. Be active in your local tea party groups. Watch Fox News and listen to conservative talk radio to hear the truth the White House wants to shut down. Support conservative candidates and vote them into office one by one until we restore sanity in the country and our state of Michigan.

The real radicals here are the teapartiers, there is nothing bipartisan about them and they are extremely right wing. I am still proud of my vote for Obama and would do it again in a heartbeat. I thank God everyday that He gave us Obama and that He will continue to guide him making the right decisions for our great country. Why would anyone want to vote for another conservative like the last one that got us into 2 wars and screwed them up royally and left our economy teetering on a depression???!!!! Maybe you should listen to less right wing media and try other media sources for a more balanced opinion.

Seriously,
Tell me what Obama is doing that makes you so proud.
Yes the tea partiers are partisan. That means they actually stand for something. Think about what you just said. Are you partisan? I bet not. I bet you are a liberal as they come. To be bi partisan means you have no convictions and swing whichever way the wind blows. Exactly why I was not for McCain.
Obama is exactly what I expected him to be. I did not vote for him because I knew he would do everything in his power to destroy the country I fought for. Can't wait for 2012

Patrickd you are so full of it.......bipartisan doesn't mean you have no convictions and swing whichever way the wind blows. It means you are willing to do whatever is right for the good of the country not the good of your political party. You really are starting to sound alot like Rush. Try looking up definitions before you post your half witted theories on what something means. Of course I wouldn't expect you to know what bipartisan means since you lean toward the Republican side that knows anything good that gets passed will hurt their party in the next election. Bipartisan means putting America first, and that won't happen within the Republican party any time soon. Knowing that you didn't vote for Obama makes me feel a lot better about the fact that I did.

Patrickd this is why I am proud of Obama, he actually is checking the facts and considering all options before sending more troops to war, something I wish the previous administration had done. Other countries are starting to look up to and respect this country again as they did pre-Bush. And I thank him for understanding the devastating effect on Michigan had GM and Chrysler gone down at this time. I refer to teapartiers being so partisan because in articles in the newspapers their spokesperson stated they were not partisan. LOL!!!! My husband fought for this country too and totally agrees with me.

Janet Hecht seems to be the result of a delusional Cluster Fox. Having stated that she has lost her country, maybe she would be better off getting information from a source that can find her way off that conservative island. Thankfully, she's not alone and is being comforted by Patrickd.

seriously,
you obviously have never been in the military of if you have it's obvious that you have never put your life on the line.
The fact is this. We are there we have troops dying daily.
If after 8 years our government (no matter what party) cannot make a decision whether to prosecute the war there we as a nation are hopeless. That decision should have been made back in 2002 when we sent troops to die there. All further admin. should be morally obliged to follow it less all prev. lost lives are for naught. Congress has been derelict in their duties for years by delegating authority to the president to wage war without a declaration of war signed by Congress. Merely allocating funds does not constitute a declaration of war. All funding has been with $ amounts and with time limitations. This is not a declaration of war as we had in WWII where the whole nation was in it for the long haul. Once you send our finest to combat you owe him/her total support. The generals there have stated emphatically that they need more troop assets immediately. Just as the last administration did this one wants to fight it on the cheap. How much is a young persons life worth? Either fight it all out or start transporting our troops home today. There's no room for any half assed decisions.
If you think the rest of the world respects us because we have Obama you are a fool. Russia is thumbing it's nose at us after Obama bailed on the Polish and has been conducting neuclear simulations of attack on Poland just this week. Unless you can demonstrate an actual example of meaningful respect for us being shown by the rest of the world I beg to differ with you on that .

Taxpayers against Govt.
I really thought we fought against socialism in 1775-1783 in the revolutionary war called the War of Indendence. Don't celebrate the 4th of july anymore because we won't be free to choose anymore under a ruler. HAIL TO OBAMA!!as I get on my knees.

WOW mlinrose you've never heard about voting? We the people have and Proposal 1 is proof. Now let's get serious about taking a lot more than the right to medicate with cannabis out of the hands of the legislators! Send them packing with some significant voter based initiatives. I would even consider voting in favor of initiatives I'm not in agreement with for the sole purpose of sticking it to them.
How about petitioning state government for a part time legislature and throwing out term limits to keep experienced people at the helm for starters? You can always term limit them via the vote.
